Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on products?
A: All Living Water Christian Books products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Products are not warranted against misuse or abuse, or damage by the United States Postal Service or any other delivery service used to deliver our products. For U.S.P.S. damage your delivery post office will settle the matter with you. Damage by other delivery services will be who the matter needs settled with. If you have problems settling the matter with the carriers please let us know and we will attempt to assist you in the matter.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: The buyer pays for postage and insurance for any and all returns. Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. There are books that have a no return policy with them so please check book listing for such information.
Q: How will product(s) be shipped?
A: Your product(s) will be shipped via USPS ground, unless otherwise specified. Orders over $500 may be shipped via other methods.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: No orders will be shipped without the correct postage and handling fees. Books may be very heavy depending on the amount ordered, therefore shipping rates are as follows:

A: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.
Q: Once purchased, when will I receive my product(s)?
A: You will receive your order 7-14 days from when you place your order. Outside the U.S.A. will take longer and shipping and handling will be higher.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: No, unless you're purchasing within Pennsylvania ( billing address).
